Canoe
①【Kawaguchiko Morning Canoe】
This morning canoe can feel the nature of the season while looking at Mt. Fuji. In the early morning, the surface of the lake turns into a mirror, giving you the chance to see the spectacular upside-down Mt. Fuji. It will be a wonderful time to enjoy the fresh greenery, autumn leaves, and the tranquility of winter. It will be a short course that even beginners can easily participate.

②【Kawaguchiko Deserted Island Canoe Tour】
You can enjoy this canoe while observing the seasonal nature and wild birds. Land on the only island in Yamanashi Prefecture, the deserted island "Unoshima", and have a relaxing morning tea break in a place with a good view. It is also a good idea to visit a shrine that takes about 5 minutes to the top. This course is a plan that you can enjoy slowly for about 25 to 30 minutes one way. We will also respond to active requests.

③【Kawaguchiko Deserted Island Sunset Fire Canoe】
In this tour, you will aim for the uninhabited island "Unoshima" by canoe while watching Mt. Fuji dyed in the setting sun. It takes about 5 minutes to walk slowly to the shrine at the top. "Unoshima" is also a power spot where Jomon period pottery was discovered. We will make coffee tea with hot water boiled on a small bonfire stove. You can enjoy Mt.Fuji at dusk, and sometimes the moon.
*In this tour, the guide will always accompany you on the canoe.

④【Kawaguchiko Yagizaka Park Cherry Blossom Viewing Canoe】
This tour departs from Shikkogo Park on the south shore of Kawaguchiko, then takes in views of Mt. Fuji and the famous cherry blossoms of Yagizaka Park on the shore of Kawaguchiko. Where you land and take a break there is also a cherry blossom festival so you can get the most of Kawaguchiko’s late spring. On this tour, a guide will ride in your canoe with you.

⑤【Lake Motosu Nature Canoe Tour】
Lake Motosu is considered to have the clearest water in Honshu. The color created by its depth of 130 meters is called Motosu Blue. This tour allows you to enjoy not only the refreshing lake but also the thousand-yen-bill view of Mt. Fuji across the water. It includes an open-fire lunch on the lake shore and then canoeing. You might even see a kingfisher in the clear streams!

⑥【Saiko Lake Canoe Tour】
Senoumi was a giant lake that existed until about 1,200 years ago. When Mt. Fuji erupted, lava divided the lake into Saiko Lake and Lake Shoji. Senoumi became covered in trees, which is why it is called the Sea of Trees. This tour starts with an incredible view of Mt. Fuji across the Sea of Trees. The goal is four kilometers away—a long, leisurely canoe tour helped by a tailwind. It breaks for an open-fire lunch. It also takes in Saiko Lake, home to kunimasu, a rare Japanese subspecies of sockeye salmon.

⑦【Lake Shoji Sea of Trees Maze Canoe Tour】
Long ago, a giant lake called Senoumi was divided into Saiko Lake and Lake Shoji by lava flowing from Mt. Fuji. The lava on the Fuji side of Lake Shoji cooled and hardened like a maze. This tour includes an open-fire lunch with a splendid view of Mt. Fuji and this fantastic, ancient lake, then explores the volcanic maze (and sea of trees) by canoe. Lake Shoji has a relatively mirror-like surface, offering stunning reflections of Mt. Fuji.

⑧【Sea of Trees Nature Tour】
A designated national natural heritage site, the Aokigahara Sea of Trees is found along the southwest side of Saiko Lake, one of the five lakes at the foot of Mt. Fuji, standing at an altitude of 1,000 meters. A massive eruption at Mt. Fuji 1,200 years ago gave birth to this primeval forest. This tour lets you enjoy this rare, mysterious forest of conifers and moss-covered caves. The wind, birds chirping and other sounds of the forest you don’t normally hear will calm and liberate your spirit.
⑨【Mt. Fuji Hike: 5th Station Unkai Trail】
This hike takes you above the clouds normally high in the sky so that they spread out below you like a billowing sea. Feel the pulse of Mt. Fuji and breathe the crisp, fresh air.

⑬【Adventure Cruise】
We have prepared the "Mature Outdoor Adventure," an original experience unique to FUFU where you can enjoy without any equipment. Traverse the mountain trails of the northern foot of Mount Fuji with our electric-assist bicycle 'e-Fatbike,' exploring caves without worrying about getting dirty, and pausing to listen to the sounds of the trees and the chirping of birds. Participants will be provided with exclusive attire, backpacks, and outdoor gears.

Workshop
⑭【Suncatcher Crafting】
Creating interior ornaments that turn sunlight into rainbow colors with crystal glass, great for decorating windows or other spaces, this is an artist-led workshop that uses a lot of Swarovski beads to play with light and rainbows. You’ll be able to take home a suncatcher imbued with the energy of the light at the base of beautiful Mt. Fuji.

⑮【Creating semi-order type original accessories】
In this workshop, we have prepared Czech beads, vintage beads, colorful charms and sparkling Swarovski beads, and rare Mt. Fuji lava stone beads. You can choose from among them, and we will make accessories together. Please enjoy the fun, peace, and joy of creating while gazing at nature at the foot of Mt. Fuji. This is a workshop where you can make “two things” such as earrings and necklaces, and matching accessories for parents and children. You can make accessories full of originality with a semi-order feeling.

Reservation and Cancellation
Reservation
- We accept reservations for programs up to three months in advance.
- Reservation for programs is open until three days before the desired program.
- We accept reservations at our Reservation Center or FUFU KAWAGUCHIKO.
- Please speak to a FUFU KAWAGUCHIKO program staff member regarding reservation details.
- Please note that weather or other factors may make it impossible to reserve your desired program on your desired day. The schedule is also subject to change based on guests’ physical condition, the weather, etc.
- Decisions regarding whether or not to go ahead with an activity due to weather will be made by 6:00 p.m. the night before the day of the activity. There is no cancellation fee for activities cancelled due to weather.
Cancellation
- Cancellation fees for cancelling within six days before an activity are as follows:
6 days – 3 days 50% of total price 2 days – 1 day 90% of total price On the day 100% of total price - Decisions regarding cancelling a tour due to a storm, snow, etc., will be made by 6:00 p.m. the night before. There is no cancellation fee for tours cancelled due to weather.
Equipment Rental
Equipment may be rented as a set or by individual item. Please see the link in the equipment rental information. Rental is a direct transaction between the guest and Soranoshita. Please receive and return your equipment directly from/to Soranoshita as size adjustment may be necessary.
