Can I see Mount Fuji from the room?
All rooms of FUFU Kawaguchiko are facing Mount Fuji and you can enjoy the view from your room. However, please kindly understand that sometimes Mount Fuji may be obscured by clouds due to the weather.
What is the maximum occupancy for one room?
For Komorebi Stylish Suite, Konohana Comfortable Suite, Kozue Precious Suite:
Accommodate up to 2 adult guests (extra beds unavailable)
For Tokiwaki Premium Suite, FUFU Luxury Suite, and FUFU Luxury Premium Suite:
Accommodate up to 4 adult guests (up to 2 extra beds available)
Aged 0-12 are considered children and are not counted into the occupancy. Aged 13 and more are considered adults and counted into the occupancy.
Do you have private hot spring baths in the guest rooms?
All guest rooms feature private open-air baths with natural hot springs.
Are the rooms non-smoking?
With the exception of dedicated smoking areas, smoking is prohibited throughout FUFU KAWAGUCHIKO.
There is one smoking area in the main building and another in the guest room wing.
Do you have any drinks in the fridge of the guest rooms?
Drinks are prepared in the refrigerator and minibar in the room. There are free water, sparkling water, beer, etc. in the refrigerator. There are also charge-required drinks for your choice.
Do you have the internet access in the guest rooms?
All guest rooms and the public areas have free Wi-Fi available.
Can you combine the twin bed into a double bed?
The twin bed can be combined to form a double bed. Please request when making your reservation.
Do your accept children guests?
We accept children guests and don't have an age limit.
What facilities do you have for babies?
We offer waste baskets for diapers, Bumbo baby seats, and other facilities.
Do you have baby beds?
We have one baby bed available to rent.
It is possible to push beds together?
Yes. Please request this when you make your reservation.
Do you provide guest wear for children to wear while at the hotel?
We provide small-, medium-, and large-sized children's guest wear. Please tell the concierge what you need, including the size.
Can you heat up baby food?
Please ask the concierge.
Do you have a pot for heating water to make formula?
Please use the kettle provided in your room.
Are babies and toddlers allowed in the hot spring baths?
You may use the open-air bath in your guest room. The communal baths may be used by children aged 6 or over.
When are meals served?
You may choose to have your meal served starting from any of the following times.
Dinner 18:00, 19:00, 19:30, 20:00, 20:30
Breakfast 8:00, 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, 10:00
Please note that dining charges are included in the room fees even if you do not eat at the hotel.

Can you serve meals for specific dietary needs?

Where are meals served?
Both breakfast and dinner are served in Yamanoha restaurant on the first floor of the lobby wing.
If I am staying for multiple days, will the meals change?
We do our best to vary the menu from one day to the next.
We have booked several rooms for our group travel. Can we have meals together?
Our restaurant has tables for small groups. However, due to the limited number of tables, your request may cannot be perfectly matched. We sincerely ask for your understanding.

Can I bring food into the hotel?
Please refrain from bringing food and beverages into the restaurant.
If you wish to bring wine, champagne, or the like, a corkage fee will be charged (¥4,000).
Is it possible for non-guests to use the hot spring facilities?
Non-guests may not use the hot spring facilities.
When can I use the communal hot spring facilities?
Hot spring facilities may be used from 3 p.m. to midnight on the day you arrive and from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the day you check out.
Do the communal baths have lockers, towels, and amenities?
Dial-type lockers, towels, and amenities are provided.
You do not need to bring anything with you when going to the communal bath from your room.
What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. the following day.
Is it okay if I arrive before the check-in time?
If you arrive early, you may wait in the lobby until check-in.
Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
If you are interested, please ask us about this when you make your reservation.
Fees apply (starting from ¥12,690 per hour).
How do I get there by public transportation?
If using public transportation, we recommend taking a taxi to FUFU KAWAGUCHIKO after arriving at Kawaguchiko Station by express bus or train.
It is about a 15-minute drive from the station. For more details, see the "Access" page.
Do you pick up guests at the station?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service from Kawaguchiko Station.
Do you have a parking lot?
A free, self-service parking lot is available to guests.
Do you take credit cards?
We accept various types of credit card.
What is the "bathing/onsen/hot spring tax"?
This is a tax that applies to people using hot spring baths in Fuji-Kawaguchiko Town.
It is ¥150 per person aged 12 or over. If you paid in advance, the fee will be charged when you check-out. Details:

Can I send my luggage ahead?
You may send your luggage to the following address, labeled with your name and the dates of your stay.

Can I send luggage from the hotel to my home?
You may arrange for delivery at the concierge desk. Please inquire in advance if you will be sending luggage overseas.
Are you able to serve guests in other languages?
We have staffs who speak English and could help you during your stay.
I am thinking about booking FUFU KAWAGUCHIKO for an anniversary or a birthday. Can you provide a cake or flowers?
We can arrange for cake or flowers to be delivered. We offer a variety of options based on your budget.

Flowers: Bouquet size - from ¥3,000
Do you have strollers or wheelchairs for rent?
We do not have strollers for rent. We have one wheelchair available.
Can I stay with my pet?
Sorry, we don't accept pets to accompany the stay. We could give recommendations for pet hotels nearby.
Do you offer esthetician services?
Guest may use our "Spa by Sisley" services. Treatment is performed by an esthetician who goes to your room.
Can I book for massage?
We can book the massages of the treatment in your room. Massagists are sent from a clinic with whom we have a corporate. Please inquire after your room booking.
